COVID Vaccination Records

COVID vaccination records can now be uploaded into CoVerified. In the app, you can click on REPORT/UPLOAD VACCINE RECORD. You will be asked to provide the date performed and the name of the facility and upload the record (in document or photo format). Once received and accepted, you will see the vaccination badge in your CoVerified app.
Please note that you should not upload the record until you are FULLY vaccinated. Pfizer and Moderna vaccines require two doses and should not be recorded until both shots have been received.
Also, I wanted to take this opportunity to clarify that vaccinated individuals are still required to follow all campus safety protocols. This means that you must still wear a mask and social distance. Additionally, we will still require you to remain off campus for a 7-10 day period if you experience direct exposure.
